Yoga as therapy is an alternative and complementary practice that doesn’t pretend to diagnose or treat illness. It uses the techniques and philosophy of Classical Yoga to help guide the student on their journey of self-healing and discovery. Paying special attention to each individual’s needs, we work together to create a personalized routine aimed at improving the quality of life. Some of the conditions that may be relieved or improved are:
